Project Brief
The project has 1B+LG+G+3 floors with total built-up area about 1,800,000 sft.
Basement has approximate 800 car parking capacity.
Centrally air-conditioned four levels are reserved for retail shops / show rooms, last floor has about 550 offices and roof top has Power House and 2 grand multi-purpose halls.
Utility Power
The project was initially designed for prime power through own CHP (Combined Heat and Power) generation but later on, on availability of power from PESCO, own generation was confined to stand-by power only.
Total connected load of Project is about 17 MW and Maximum Demand is 11 MW on 100% occupancy.
